Customer Background


Our customer is from Germany. He has more than 30 years of pump design experience for medical and diagnostic instrumentation. Our customer designed a series of diaphragm pumps and he needed us manufacture diaphragm pump plastic covers according to his part designs. We worked in close collaboration with this client and from now on we finished 46 new projects about injection molding pump housings for his company.

Customer Requirement

1. A pump’s lifetime performance is very critical because our customer want to improve productivity while reducing energy consumption and maintenance; Therefore, the diaphragm used in the pump should be reliable and never fail.


2. Plastic part sealing area is with high polish ,with rubber part match well and make sure no leak water and air ; nice surface of part with VDI# 24 .


How we Serve


1. For different plastic parts of diaphragm pumps, different materials to can be chosen. Each diaphragm pump cover we made provide a high cycle life due to its suitable materials.


As for body, foot, dics and valve plate, we offer PPS+40GF material due to its high flow, low burr and low gas analysis. Besides, PPS 40GF offers a superior combination of mechanical, electrical, and thermal properties. Therefore, It is widely used in Diaphragm pumps/chemical pumps, shells, valves, impellers, rotors, pipelines, anti-corrosion and temperature resistant pipe fittings, etc.

As for tube clamp, motor plate, lid lock and new rotor support, we provide PA66+20%GF as the material of their construction due to its strength, dimensional stability and resistance to both heat and abrasion for this under-the-hood application.

As for tube fitting and fitting of diaphragm pump, we offer FDA PP materials. FDA compliant unfilled polypropylene wetted components is smooth, easy to clean finish. Food grade PP material is microwave safe and nonvolatile, meaning it will not react with any type of food you store in it, whether it's acidic, basic or liquid

2. We offer complete in-house tooling designs and fabrication, advanced machining techniques, and injection molding capabilities to design a precise fit solution. Our all-electric 150 ton injection molding machine incorporates advanced control features, and in combination with our precision built die, we were able to uphold ±0.01mm tolerance.


3. Quality assurance procedures involved both dimensional and surface inspections as well as functional fit tests. When completed, the sealing area of pump housings are with high polish ,with rubber part match well and  with no leak water and air. The pump housings featured a textured VDI# 24 finish on all sealing surfaces, which meet our customer’s requirement.

Results and Benefits


When our customer confirmed T1 samples is okay. We continue to produce pump plastic housings for the customer in various quantities with typical turnaround time of one or two weeks, depending on order size. All new projects go smoothly. Our customer was satisfied with the quality of pump plastic covers


At last, he has continued to work with us for all kinds of new projects of pump enclosures for many years.
