  • 1. How do I get a quote?


    To help us provide an accurate quotation as quickly as possible, please include the following information with your inquiry:
     
    1. 3D CAD files in STEP, IGS, or X-T format
    2. Material requirements, such as ABS, PP, PC, PMMA, Nylon, etc.
    3. Surface finish requirements, such as glossy, matte, textured, etc.
    4. Estimated production quantity per order, month, or year
    5. Any special requirements, such as packaging, labeling, assembly, or delivery
  • 2. When can I get the quotation?


    We usually provide a quotation within 2 business days after receiving your inquiry.
    If your project is urgent, please call us or let us know by email so that we can prioritize your quotation.
  • 3. How do you guarantee the quality of injection molds?


    We control mold quality through strict inspection and process control at every stage, from material inspection and machining to mold assembly, trial, and final validation.
     
    Our quality control includes IQC, IPQC, and FQC inspections, dimensional checks with CMM equipment, mold trial reports, and sample inspection before final approval.
     
    Only after the mold and samples meet the confirmed requirements will the mold be approved for shipment or mass production.
     
    We also provide complete project documentation for quality traceability, including:
     
    1. DFM Analysis Report
    2. Mold Flow Analysis Report
    3. 3D Mold Design Drawings
    4. Detailed Tooling Schedule & Timeline
    5. Original Steel Material Certificate

  • 4. How do you guarantee the quality of mass production?


    First, when we complete the mold, we will make the samples to you to check and confirm; after you confirm the final samples, it will be the standard parts. At the beginning of mass production, we will strictly inspect the products according to the standard parts.Second, we have professional QC for each working shift, QC will check each 2 hours during mass production. Finally, before shipment, our QC will arrange spot checks.
  • 5. What’s the lead time?


    Our Mold Lead Time: Usually  4–7 weeks, depending on the part structure and mold complexity.
     
    Our Production Lead Time: Usually 1–2 weeks after sample approval, depending on the order quantity.
  • 6. What’s the payment terms and methods?


    Mold Payment: 40% deposit by T/T in advance, 30% second payment before sending out the first trial samples, and 30% mold balance after final sample approval. 
     
    Production Payment: 50% deposit in advance, and 50% balance before sending out the final goods.
     
    Payment methods: We prefer to receive payment by wire transfer  (T/T)  to our company bank account. PayPal, Western Union is also acceptable.
  • 7. How do you pack injection molds?


    We use wooden crates to pack plastic injection molds. There are three main steps:
     
    Step 1: Apply anti-rust oil to the mold surface.
    Step 2: Wrap the mold with plastic film to protect it from moisture.
    Step 3: Place the wrapped mold in a wooden crate and secure it properly to prevent movement during transportation.
  • 8. How do you pack injection molded parts?


    We normally use PE bags, bubble wrap and cartons to protect the parts during transportation. For parts with special appearance or protection requirements, we can also provide customized packaging.
  • 9. Who owns the injection mold tooling?


    The customer owns the mold because they pay for the mold development and manufacturing costs, whether the mold remains at our factory for production or is shipped to the customer.
     
    Option 1: Keep the mold at our factory for production:
    The customer owns the mold, while we store, maintain, and use it to produce parts according to the production agreement.
     
    Option 2: Ship the mold to the customer after completion:
    The customer owns the mold, and we can ship it to the customer for installation and production at their own facility.
  • 10. What kind of after-sales service do you offer?


    We provide after-sales support for both injection molds and mass-produced plastic parts.
     
    1. Mold Issues: If any mold components are damaged within two years after delivery, we can provide replacement parts free of charge. Our team will also provide technical support and repair solutions when needed.
     
    2. Mass Production Quality Issues:If you find any quality issues after receiving the parts, we will respond within 24 hours, analyze the root cause, and provide a practical solution based on the actual issue.
     
    Our goal is to solve issues quickly and minimize any impact on your production.
