Richard, the founder of Alpine Mold, is a senior engineer with over 33 years of experience in the plastic injection mold industry. Under his leadership, the operations side of Alpine Mold is highly organized and very responsive. He has built a team of professionals, with the majority bringing over 20 years of expertise. By leveraging a tiered management system, Richard ensures seamless transitions for clients from product design to market realization, driving exceptional operational efficiency and effectiveness across the company.

Mr. Yu

Mr. Yu brings over 25 years of experience in mold manufacturing. He is highly proficient in mold structures and excels in both mold structure analysis and problem-solving.

Mr. Liu has over 20 years of experience in financial management and possesses a profound understanding of both domestic and international accounting theory and practice.

Kerry has 25 years of experience providing overseas customers with one-stop solutions, from engineering and tooling to injection molding. As a sales manager, she not only speaks fluent English but also excels in business and management. She played a key role in establishing the company’s marketing department.

John Lei

John has has over 10 years experience in mold manufacturing and design, coupled with deep professional knowledge. He excels in public relations, customer relationship management, and sales, and is highly skilled in market development.

Operations Manager

Amy Zhou

Amy began her 5-year career at Alpine Mold as an operations manager. She has been developed her expertise in plastics and market operations, and now she leads her team and oversees all operational platforms, advertising, and social media activities for Alpine Mold.

General Manager

Mr. Qu

Mr. Qu has over 20 years of management experience in the manufacturing industry. With a wealth of practical expertise, he is highly skilled in quality system operations and driving improvements in production efficiency.

Engineering Manager

Mr. Zhou

Mr. Zhou, a senior engineer with over 15 years of experience in offer optimal mold design solutions for complex products based on customer requirements. Having successfully managed over 7,000 projects, he now leads his team and oversees all mold design and project management activities for Alpine Mold.

CNC Manager

Mr. He

Mr. He has over 20 years of relevant management experience. He ensures the quality and timely delivery of preliminary mold work by overseeing and implementing the control of people, machines, steel materials, methods, and processes in the CNC workflow.

Tooling Manager

Mr. Fang

Mr. Fang has 10+ years working experience in toolshop. His mission at the time was to take Alpine Mold's tooling department to the next level. With top notch skills, experience with large molds, and an ability to get difficult jobs done quickly and with cost savings, he supports Alpine Mold’s shop floor and customers. He is good at analyzing the causes of mold trial and processing quality disqualification, able to take corrective and preventive measures to ensure the continuous improvement and promotion of quality.

Injection Molding Manager

Mr. Lu

Mr. Lu has over 10 years of experience in injection molding. He is skilled in controlling the appearance of plastic parts using the five elements of injection molding machines. He has a solid understanding of material structures like ABS, ABS + PC, PC, PA, PMMA, and PP, including their melting points, drying temperatures, fluidity, and toughness. He is also proficient in analyzing the causes of molding defects, such as issues related to thermal technology and materials.

Quality Control Manager

Mr. Shen

Mr. Shen began his 18-year career as an inspector, gaining expertise in the technology and quality control of injection molding, painting, printing, laser engraving, CNC machining, and assembly processes. He is adept at driving process improvements and conducting root cause analysis, utilizing methodologies such as 4M1E, 5W2H, and QCC for corrective and preventive actions. In 2022, he was promoted to Quality Control Manager, where he now leads his team and oversees product and service quality on the shop floor.
