Our Milestone
2002 — Alpine Mold Founded
Founded in Shenzhen, China, in 2002 by Richard Lei, Alpine Mold initially focused on plastic injection mold manufacturing for the domestic market.
2006 — Enter International Markets
Alpine Mold entered the overseas market and began serving customers across Europe, North America, Australia, and South America, providing plastic injection molds, die casting molds, and injection molding services.
2016 — Expansion Molding Capacity
To support increasing production demand, Alpine Mold introduced 10 injection molding machines ranging from 50 to 650 tons and expanded its production facility.
2017 — ISO 9001:2015 Certification
We obtained ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification. The certified scope covers the R&D, production and sales of precision molds, the production and sales of plastic products, and the sales of hardware products.
2018 — Imported A Series of Ddvanced Machines
In October 2018, we has imported a series of advanced machines from Taiwan and Japan, including coordinate-measuring machine (CMM) to meet the needs of increased production. At the same time, we have obtained the utility model patent certificate.
2022 — 20 Years of Experience
We have 20 years of experience in mold manufacturing and injection molding serviceS, introduced many advanced equipment, and successfully helped our customers to complete 10,000+ projects.
2025 — IATF 16949:2016 Certification
We Obtained IATF 16949:2016 certification for the production of injection molded parts, strengthening our quality management system for automotive manufacturing projects.
2026 — Continued Expansion
Our factory expanded to over 8,000 m². We added two Makino 5-axis CNC machines and now operate 30+ FANUC and Haitian injection molding machines ranging from 50 to 800 tons.
