Appearance Inspection

We meticulously examine and verify the cosmetic and aesthetic standards of your injection molded parts, ensuring they meet your desired visual requirements.

Measurement Inspection

Our team provides you a detailed dimensional inspection report for the injection molded parts, verifying their size and accuracy to meet the specific usage requirements.

Assembly and Functionality Test

With the provided counterpart components, we conduct inspections following specific instructions, such as drop tests and water-proof sealing tests, to assess the assembly and functionality of the parts.

Packing Inspection

We evaluate the packing method to ensure it is safe for transportation, easy to handle, and cost-effective for shipping, all while aligning with the design specifications.
