They shared their complete 3D design drawings and outlined their project requirements. Within 24 hours, our project manager, Laura, provided a detailed quotation, which the client accepted.Following their approval, our engineering team delivered a comprehensive Design for Manufacturability (DFM) report, Moldflow analysis, and mold design within just three days. Once the client approved the 3D mold design, we promptly began mold manufacturing.
Upon completing the T1 samples, the client confirmed that everything met their expectations. In fact, due to the large product size, we encountered some challenges with assembly dimensions. 1. Professional and Detailed quotation sheet

2. Detailed DFM report and weekly report
When received customer’s part design, our engineers will make a detailed DFM report to send customers for checking, including draft angle, ejector pin position, wall thickness and so on. We will provide you with best mold design scheme.

We can offer certification for special materials. For products such as water filters, customers generally require us to provide NSF level material certification.

Our had imported high-speed CNC machines, Charmilles mirror EDM machines and wire cutting machines.etc., ensuring that mold accuracy can reach 0.001 mm.
