Our customer is from the United States and their company specializes in the research and sales of phone accessories. They primarily deal with products such as phone accessory, phone case, phone holder, iPhone case, screen protectors, etc. In 2022, our customer, who is a designer, approached our factory with a request to manufacture their latest design for a mobile phone holder. The material for the phone holder is ABS UL94-V0 and the customer requires two different colors for the mobile phone holder.

3. Mold Build and VDI 30 Surface Finish
Alpine Mold began manufacturing the plastic injection mold for phone holders, which involved the procurement of steel materials, grinding&drilling, CNC machining, electrical discharge machining (EDM), wire cutting, assembly, thorough inspections, and mold trials.

We sent samples to the client for inspection. If any modifications were needed, we adjusted the mold accordingly. After the client approved the final sample, we moved to mass production using our state-of-the-art Fanuc injection molding machine. This machine provided high precision and efficiency, ensuring consistent quality throughout the production run. We closely monitored the molding process to maintain accuracy and minimize defects, using high-quality ABS material for its robustness and lightweight characteristics.
