  • Q Q4: How long is the lead-time for mold?

    A A: It all depends on the products' size and complexity. Normally, the lead time is 20-35 days.
  • Q Q5: What is your payment terms?

    A A: Mold Payment: 40% deposit by T/T in advance, 30% second mold payment before sending out the first trial samples, 30% mold balance after you agree the final samples.
    B: Production Payment: 50% deposit in advance, 50% before sending out the final goods.
  • Q Q6: How do you guarantee the quality of mass production?

    A
    A: First, when we complete the mold, we will make the samples to you to check and confirm; after you confirm the final samples, it will be the standard parts. At the beginning of mass production, we will strictly inspect the products according to the standard parts. Second, we have professional QC for each working shift, QC will check each 2 hours during mass production. Finally, before shipment, our QC will arrange spot checks.
  • Q Q7: Before shipment, how to make sure the products quality?

    A A: If you don't come to our factory and also don't have the third party for inspection, we will be as your inspection worker. We will supply you a video for production process detail include process report, products size structure and surface detail, packing detail and so on.

  • Q 1. What materials are typically used for die casting molds?

    A
    We use high-quality hot-work tool steels such as H13, 1.2344, 8407, SKD61, and S136, depending on the alloy type (aluminum or zinc), required mold life, and surface finish requirements.
  • Q 2. How can I get a quote for a die casting mold?

    A
    Simply send us your 3D files (STEP, IGS, or X_T) and 2D drawings with dimensions, tolerances, material details, and estimated annual volume. We’ll review the data and respond with a detailed quotation within 2 working days.
  • Q 3. How long does it take to manufacture a die casting mold?

    A
    For standard aluminum or zinc alloy molds, the typical lead time is 4–7 weeks from DFM approval to the first T1 mold trial.
