Our client, an engineer from Austria, has been continuously developing smart glasses for more than two decades. In 2016, the client developed a brand-new product called Eye Tracking Glasses. These glasses are embedded with stereoscopic cameras in the nose bridge, enabling precise tracking of spatial vision. The user can accurately determine the spatial plane. After visiting our factory in China, the client decided to collaborate with Alpine Mold. We conducted a trial production for the client to test the market. As the demand for this product increased, the client decided to arrange the mold production in Austria to maximize profits.

Material Suggestion
We suggested using PA12 TR-90 as the plastic material for the casings. PA12 TR-90 is a memory plastic that can automatically restore its original shape after being bent by external force.
Mold Design for Eye Tracking Glasses
After receiving this customer's drawings, our engineering team performed a comprehensive Design for Manufacturing (DFM) analysis. Utilizing the insights gained from the DFM report, we tailored a bespoke mold design solution that prioritizes product assembly and minimizes deformation.

Injection Mold Manufacturing for Eye Tracking Glasses
1.High Quality Steel Mold Material: We will use 718H, a high-grade plastic mold steel known for its excellent mechanical properties, processability, and simple machining process.
2. Precision Processing: We will utilize state-of-the-art equipment, such as CNC-FANUC Robodrilla-D14MiA and EDM Machine-Tow HEAD HE1308, for accurate and precise mold parts processing.

It can machine parts at high speeds, up to 10,000 rotations per minute, making the process fast and efficient.

3. Mold Assembly
Our skilled technicians meticulously assembled the mold components with utmost precision and attention to detail. They ensured that all parts fit seamlessly together, guaranteeing the functionality and durability of the mold.
1. Mold Testing and Sample Inspection: After the completion of the mold, we conducted rigorous mold testing and sample inspections. We carefully examined the assembly adaptability of the product fasteners, while ensuring optimal functionality and user experience. Additionally, our client personally visited the factory to inspect and confirm the samples.
2. Mass Production: After the on-site confirmation of the samples by the client, our production supervisor quickly arranged a large-scale production plan. We utilize advanced injection molding equipment and technology to ensure efficient production and stable product supply. During mass production, our QC team monitors the production quality every two hours to ensure compliance with the required quality standards.
Prior to shipment, we provided the customer with an Inspection Report for their review. Once the customer confirmed that everything was satisfactory, we arranged for SF Express to handle the delivery. To ensure the safety of the plastic mold, it was packaged in a wooden box, while the plastic products were securely packaged in carbon boxes
